Refund policy

At Revamped and Co, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer a comprehensive 60-day refund policy. Below is a detailed breakdown of our policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on personalized items, gift cards, or final sale items unless they are defective or damaged. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
  2. Initiating a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at vidtawan@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Return Process
    Once your return has been authorized, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (or suitable alternative) to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Please include the original invoice or packing slip in the return package. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide a clear description of the issue and include photos if possible. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping fees, for faulty items.
  5. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items, provided the item is in stock. To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
  6. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
  7. Non-Refundable Items
    Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. Items returned that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., items returned after 60 days, or without original packaging) will not be refunded, and the items may be sent back to the customer.

    Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with missing parts, or items that show signs of wear or damage that was not due to our error.
